Please note that if your online activation does not work, please try phone activation via the Toll Free number.

I've had a few Office orders giving that error, but once done via phone activation they activated fine. Sometimes it's just a server error

Everyone that bought keys please provide feedback with your Order number (Good or bad), so I know where issues are and how to resolve them.

All activated and working perfectly.

Office had to be activated via phone activation (automated system - simple and easy), and Visio and Project could be done with traditional copy paste of supplied activation key.

Visio activated for for me with phone activation (well semi-phone... it smsed a link where i typed in the installation ID then sent the activation codes. It was much easier than the last time i did this)

Will report back when Project has arrived (order 318).

Bought an Office 2019 key. Had a problem (issue on my part) trying to get Office 2019 activated but Nimz went out of his way to assist. Eventually activated Office 2019... didn't even have to use the activation wizard, it auto-activated after entering the key.
