To be fair, I think 100/100 would be overkill, unless you have a family and all of them are online constantly, 50/50 is probably what the sweetspot is, as it's 1 or 200 bucks more than 20/20. Some people are spoilt for choices while us mere mortals are still on copper [emoji90]

+1 Agree 50/50 is a sweet spot for 4k streaming for downloads etc ... The price difference was like r200 for 100/100 versus 50/50 so I went 100/100. Steam downloads always see me hitting 100

I have FTTH, but dropped the speed because I am really apalled by the poor life decisions made by the porn people that are now visible. I do not want to see every stretch mark, c-section or track marks thank you.

To the Telkom LTE folks, how’s the latency in-game? Has this improved over the years?

Not even close. had 10gig LTE with telkom, everything was fine for a year then it started going downwards.

couldnt play CS:GO with 90ms local, 350ms on planetside EU.
after that i moved on from them.

Even my Sony Z1 usb tethering (vodacom LTE) was better than telkom LTE (LTE router)

now i have a 10/2mb satellite internet.

CS:GO 30ms local, planetside 205ms EU.
PUBG little more than 210ms, but jumps around allot. 1-3% packet loss.
Hell let Lose 180ms EU, 240ms RU, 270ms US.

But very happy with it (since copper by me is maxed at 4mb)
Can netflix and game without issues.

My internet speed is officially classified as ass even though it's meant to be 10 meg fibre.
It's basically a decentish 4meg DSL line with occasional 10meg nightsurfer for an hour or two if I reboot my router sometime between midnight and 1.

It's a fucking lawsuit waiting to happen.

Telkom LTE-A via Axxess . Recently switched from Rain to this , easily got by with +- 120 gig a month using Rain (60/60) .. now that I'm finally able to stream without constant buffering and scaling down to 480p my cap is gone and it is nowhere near the end of the month . Connection ranges from 20 Mbps to 35 Mbps.
