What supps are you guys using ?

Whey Isolate
Pre workout (when I am back up to speed)
Vitamin Complex (currently B/D complex until fully vaccinated)
Beer
 
Nutritech Whey protein has weird pricing omg
I also used Nutritech but their prices flactuate a lot. In general I am a fan of their products.

Currently I am ising :

USN whey Protein
USN Creatine Monohydrate the Transport with Glutamin and BCAA's
Omega 3
Vitamin D3
Vitamin C

All the BCAA's you need you can take them from your protein anything more than that you ll just piss away.
 
USN BCAA as pre workout
Nutritech Whey with banana, milk, granola, honey and peanut butter shake after gym.

These with loads of water and a half decent gym plan.

Thinking of getting one pack. But jeez the pricing is weird. I use Nutritech Premium Whey and Creatine.
 
I'm tempted to buy whey protein from PSN lifestyle ( yes ik funny name, look their products up on takealot) but I know not all whey protein brands are trustworthy, there could be spiking too. Especially for such a lesser known brand. Nutritech pls sponsor me already :0

Breakfast shake: Everlast Super Whey Premium Protein [Mix with 1/2 tsp Cocoa + 1 tsp honey + 1 tsp PeanutButter + splash Vanilla Essence]

Pre-workout: USN XTS Black | BSN Rush[Boxing/Cardio Days]

Protein Post Workout Shake: [Alternate depending on day training] TNT Mercury 100% Prime Whey | NPL Anabolic Whey [Mix with 1/2 tsp Cocoa + 1 tsp honey]

Daily Vits: Solgar Gentle Iron + Calcium, Magnesium plus Zinc
Vit B Comp + B12 injection every 2 weeks.

I take 1000mg of fish oil in the morning with 5g of creatine
Then 60g oats with milk and 1 scoop of protein shake.
BCAA while training find it gives me a bit of energy
Then 1 scoop of L-glutamine after training.
Seems to be working nicely that setup for now :)
 
Gents, i recently got into Gyming again, used to about 5 years ago. A mate suggested i use tnt mercury products but they are simply out of my reach. Im currently on a mass gainer then ill move over to whey after one 4kg mass cycle. The hydro blast pre workout is R450 and its just too much for what i can afford at this stage. Is there anything worth getting in the R250 or is it better to just go without? Also which whey would you guys suggested?

50% whey with 50% anabolic grow post

Earing as clean as possible... I like chicken!

You can drink or use anything... Pointless if you dont dedicate to gym daily ( and i mean gym. Not loaf with you phone on the bench every 6 minutes)

when I started I used USN Qhush pre workout and it worked for me... I say it was a solid 8/10... and if u want to you can also add pink salts with it, it gives more of a pump... I paid R211 for a 210 g (40 scoops) at my local pharmacy
