What supps are you guys using ?

Does anyone have experience with Universal Animal Pak? Reviews look good but dont know if its worth the price - Recently got back into the gym and looking for something a little extra. A little something to help with a recomp of sorts

honestly you just need a good diet. Maybe just add in whey and creatine.

Just ask one of the big guys at the gym what's the best juice to go on for a beginner and if they sell. If you a customer they are normally very helpful and answer any questions.

My current pre-workout has a supply issue and is not currently available.

Any suggestions? I usually prefer as low carb as possible, as natural as possible and not made by USN.
 
I need suggestions for post run recovery shake please.

I don't know all the fancy details, my diet is pretty rubbish, a fair amount of cereals and yogurt, bready carbs etc so I don't want any pre carby stuff, I feel like I have enough energy to run everyday, I think I just need a protein shake that isn't carb heavy, and doesn't taste like chalk.

I have a wife. Why would I require anyting else. She supplies me with all I need. Google aint got shit on her...

Fokkol. I eat properly and sleep enough. Don't need anything else.

At one point I was an Optimum Nutrition reseller, and I used the whey and their unbelievably good Optimen vitamin/mineral supplements. I also loved Muscle Marinade, but I honestly don't feel like I'm any worse off without those products in my life.
 
Multiple GOOD meals a day,
Creatine + whey isolate,
Multi vitamin,
Lots of water.
 
  • Creatine (everyone should be taking it)
  • Pre-workout (crucial)
  • Whey (pretty much just food, can’t eat enough meat)
  • Collagen (idk)
  • Ashwaghanda (stress and T4->T3 conversion)
  • Liv.52 (my liver is destroyed)
 
I'm tempted to buy whey protein from PSN lifestyle ( yes ik funny name, look their products up on takealot) but I know not all whey protein brands are trustworthy, there could be spiking too. Especially for such a lesser known brand. Nutritech pls sponsor me already :0
DO NOT BUY THIS !!!

It is the worst tasting shit on earth! Takealot even removed all my reviews on these products, I bought 3 different flavours and I can't describe to you how bad it was. I physically got sick from the salted caramel, vomit and cold flushes
 
6 meals a day, coming to 260g Protein, 70g fat and 250g-350g carbs depending on which training day it is
Currently on cycle with dbol, test E, Equipoise

Drinking Multi-vitamin, MSM for knee joints, USN XTS Black pre-workout and Primacore Protein for post workout

40mins fasted cardio every morning
1-1,5h heavy ass weights in afternoon
