The supersonic website is probably the most sketchiest looking, legit website I have ever come across. The info on there is a mixture of outdated and relevant info and generally doesn't really bother to say much about anything. Consequently, I have questions with no answers

So my main issue is this:

Part 1:
I have had Fiber at Home from Axxess for almost 2 years already and the product is bloody fabulous! But Axxess has gotten really, really shady lately and just last month stole 150Gb from me... so I am NOT impressed. My Vodacom contract is coming to an end next month and I do NOT want to lock myself into another year/2 year contract again so Vodacom is out. This leaves me with Axxess for a second contract or Supersonic and just getting uncapped right off the bat and cancel my contract with Axxess (Rain doesn't have 5G coverage in my area)

Part 2:
Supersonic tells me I have coverage for "Home Broadband" and the pricing matches Axxess's F-LTE pricing except they offer an uncapped promotional product for R999. They say the product includes a sim so it sounds very much like "Home broadband" is the same F-LTE product that I have been getting from Axxess these 18 months. Great. So just get that... except... They say I don't have access to "Air Fiber" and must log my interest for when I do get coverage. Now I am lost... Is "Air Fiber" not just a fancy term for "Fixed-LTE" or "LTE at home" ?

They are saying I don't have coverage for "Air Fiber" but I do have coverage for "Home Broadband"... even though I don't have a phone line and even though they say I get a sim with my "broadband". I have been using F-LTE for nearly 2 years (The MTN tower is about 500m from my house so the signal is super strong) but they say I don't have "Air Fiber" coverage and must "Lodge my interest". WTF?

So is "Home Broadband" a F-LTE service or a landline service (with a sim card)?

Contacting them via Twitter resulted in 3 weeks of being ignored.
WhatsApp is just a bot that only knows 3 questions and apparently MTN doesn't have email yet. Maybe they will get it next year but for now they are still trying to figure out how to setup an email address. In the mean time I am left wondering "What do I do?"

Can anyone clarify this for me, please?

UPDATE: Okay, so they finally replied on Twitter while I was typing this 🤦‍♀️ Of COURSE they would.... Sigh 🤦‍♀️

So it seems Air Fiber is something different that doesn't require a sim. "Home Broadband" is their term for F-LTE. This makes my choice pretty simple now.
