In a nutshell, I am at my wits end with WebAfrica. I upgraded our fibre line from a 20/2Mbps to 100/5Mbps about middle July. They ran the debit order for the higher/faster line on the 1st of August but have not upgraded the line on their side.
I have logged numerous queries and tried to engage via Whatsapp chat, but not getting anywhere. They keep closing the tickets I log and now suddenly I can't log new tickets. The few replies I did get just stated that they will forward to the relevant department and then hits a dead-end.
Hoping someone here can assist with a contact number/email for an actual person and not their automated systems.
