So I have an idea for a website but I'm too useless at coding to get it up and running the way I would like.

Between creating a mySQL database and linking it to the front end UI using php with the intention of creating an android/iOS app, I'm drowning in information from tutorials.

Is there anyone out there who can lend a hand or some advice on getting a simpleish form added to the webpage that builds a mySQL database and returns the info on request?
