If you've ever considered getting into water cooling, and are looking to dip your toe in to see what it's all about, then this thread might be for you. Experienced users may also find something of use in here or come across that missing piece to complete their build, however the large purpose of this sale is to get someone up and running with a full custom loop, and cheaply (as there are enough parts to do this twice over). If you're in Durban, then you get a free consult with setup advice

There are lots of parts, and so this might get confusing for inexperienced users (especially concerning fittings and their tubing sizes). I'm going to list everything separately, but will also add build options at the end, so you know what works with what). Each item will be listed with a unique name in [], which will be referenced in bundles, and will have the same names in the pictures.

First things first, let's get the basics out of the way:

Build Configuration

A full custom loop from scratch will require at least one item from each heading above:

Radiators: Choice is yours. Fully compatible.

Fittings: Choose 1 from [XSPC Black Chrome], [Bitspower Black], [ [XSPC Black Chrome Barb]+ [Koolance Clamp Nickel] ]. Note that you will have to get your own tubing for [Bitspower Black] as it is not compatible with my tubing options.

Pump and Res: Choose either [XSPC Dual Bay] (as this is both a pump and a reservoir), or [ [MCP 355 (DDC) + EK X-Top] + [Phobya Balancer 250 Silver Nickel] ].

CPU Block: [XSPC Raystorm] or [XSPC Rasa]

GPU Block (Optional): [Radeon R9 290 + full cover EK Waterblock and Backplate]
