Water cooling advice

Hey guys,

Excuse our ignorance here. My brother who is currently in France has just purchased the below items:
Hydro X Series iCUE XH305i RGB Custom Cooling Kit
EK-Quantum Vector Radeon RX 5700 +XT D-RGB - Nickel + Plexi

The CPU and GPU in question: 5600x, RX5700XT.

Firstly what he'd like to know is which orientation would be best:
PUMP > CPU > GPU > RAD
OR
PUMP > GPU > CPU > RAD

Secondly, would it be worth putting a 120mm RAD between CPU and GPU.

or you could have told him loop order doesn't matter from start?


"worth" would be subject to opinion

you will get additional cooling from it, but don't bargain on like 10s of degrees

then it will also depend if it will help with aesthetics of the loop
