Support wanting to start bad deal thread

Hi, I'm wanting to start a bad deal thread. What evidence do i have to have before I can start one.

brief description: He said that he received 9/10 of the graphics cards i sent him. But i sent him all 10. I have photo evidence and weight of the package. I can clearly see in the photo he sent me that 1 of the cards is missing. The problem is, I sent him money for one that is missing already. even though im in the clear. Please help
