Any other pc bits from that period you looking for? If the mouse is still around, there might be other bits and bobs. Except for the 386 pc, I distinctly remember plopping that in the ewaste. It was as filled with memories as it was with mouse turds and dead roaches. Will probably only be passing by my parents in the next two weeks, so I won't be able to give you a report back any time soon.

Always looking for ANYTHING old... ;)
Screens, keyboards, joysticks, mice, printers, soundcards, basically ANYTHING... :D

Edit: That also includes old gaming consoles.

Ahh man, if only we were having this conversation a few years back. I did a massive cleanup of my old room at my parents and got rid of some really (in retrospect) interesting old tech. I had a bit of a hoarding problem when I was younger.

That said, I am sure I can find something to suit your tastes. Two questions though, firstly, as long as it is in decent aesthetic condition, does it matter if it is in working condition? Secondly, at what point would you lose interest in an item, age wise? Early 2000's?

I have an old Apple computer tape (with case and label - although glue has degraded and the label is loose) from 1979 which sits on my shelf of interesting things. I must send you a pic for interests sake - I am not wanting to sell it, although I doubt it is worth much anyway.

I am still younger. :p

Pretty much. Essentially the older the better (and not limited to computers, ANY tech items).

Managed to find one off forum for R200.
