lol naah, the only danger is when you get caught and get jail time. I knew about a guy who went to jail because he got caught by the cops with some weed on him, he got gang raped in jail so bad his intestines came out and he eventually died. I dont care for weed anymore but wow that is just so messed up that they will throw someone who is just carrying weed on him into a jail full of hardened criminals, Its just a bloody plant! Ill never smoke pot ion my life again, I used to be a big stoner, but dam still its a plant lol, and it provides us with awesome products like hemp seed oil, and hemp itself is such a great product that you can do so many things with.

Yeah lol I know from experience its most def not illegal. Here in cape town you can like buy bongs, pipes, vaporizers and grinders at a few places that are open for everyone to see.

Yeah but confiscation does not mean it's illegal. Cops confiscating your pocket knife during a riot does not mean the pocket knife is suddenly illegal. Cops confiscating your car when you drive drunk into the back of a cop car also doesn't mean the car is illegal.

though if it has been used for something illegal and has residue still inside of it then it's a bit of a grey area...don't think you can be arrested for it but wouldn't be surprised if it would get confiscated.
