Shipping: This printer is heavy, 21kgs according to the website. Shipping would be expensive and there is a high risk of damage.

D5s Mini — Wanhao NA

The print quality on this machine is quite good however proper tuning on the slicer should yield better results.
Steel frame and comes with acrylic enclosure.It has a good print bed size, this model is called a "mini" because it is a smaller
version of the bigger D5 which has the same bed size but a higher y axis.

You can check the printer on day of collection and test as needed. I would recommend running a short
print to test. I wouldn't recommend this printer for someone that is entirely new to 3D printing.

Interested, just curious why you wouldn't recommend this for someone who is new to 3d printing as this would be my first

It's a great printer, good quality prints. I think that some experimenting in the slicer settings will yield better results though. Usually someone entirely new to 3D printing doesn't really have experience with the slicer settings. Lotsa fun with this printer, lotsa learning too.
