If you buy at 115k kms, you're right at a major service interval. Might as well rather take a car with 120k kms and not have to spend R6k+ on a service almost immediately, just something to keep in mind

Good point @KiLLRoY. Or.. buy it now from the guy who does not have the R6k for the service and knock that price off the asking price.

Golf 7 petrol should be chain timing belt, so your major service is a lot less at 120-150km and replaced at 300km. You still need to look at other stuff but it's not as bad at least

I would go Audi over Golf but your price bracket might need to go up a little. Have you looked ok auto trader ?
