With your budget you can easily import a Oculus Quest 2 from Amazon.
The Quest 2 can be used as a PC VR headset (and it'sone of the best at that). But can also be used completely standalone.

With your budget I would highly recommend you go with a newer headset. Even the Rift S is kinda lacking compared to what's available now. Hence why Oculus discontinued it.

People list old headsets at insane prices and give links to local retailers who ask 4times as much as those headsets cost overseas. Anything secondhand should be cheaper than R5800 or a Quest 2 will be a better deal 100% guaranteed.
