Support VIP not active after auto payment

So the $1 auto payment for the VIP sub went off and my account is now no longer upgraded to 'VIP' status...

if you click on your username top right and click on Account Upgrades, does it say there you are sub'd to the VIP?

'weekends' are always fussy with payments
