Vintage military/SAPS handcuffs + Maglite Torch

Item: OLD SAPS handcuffs, plus free Maglite
Age: Cuffs:no idea, it was my grandfathers. guessing sometime during the Apartheid years, 70's or 80's. Not certain of the exact origin. My grandfater was in the police at some stage. Its engraved with his last name.
Torch: The maglite is newer, not sure of age, and not even sure if it works. Nice restoration project.
