Support Using Carbonite whilst connected to VPN's

Hi there

I saw a few people are getting banned for using a vpn, not sure if it was because they were previously banned,

With online privacy and anonymity by creating a private network from a public internet connection to keep my online actions private and providing secure and encrypted connections to provide privacy and security, will I get banned for doing this?
Utilizing a VPN connection nowadays is so critical and so commonly used that it is becoming standard practice in a personal and work environment, but I am scared to use it while on Carb for getting banned, will this be the case?

Edit: I couldn't find anything regarding this in the rules, but saw an earlier post referring that it is not allowed on Carb and " Simple reason for this is that there is really no reason for running behind a proxy in the first place."
From 2013 so probably not applicable anymore?

I've not had an issue in the last year I've been using a VPN.
If it triggers something, just explain and you should be given access to the site again.
