Hi Everyone

For the last two weeks or so, my Eaton 9E / 2000i UPS switches off for 1-2 seconds and then back on 1-2 seconds later, this happens once a day at exactly 12:20pm. It doesn't happen any other time no matter how hard the computer is working. Does anyone know what the issue could be. I've done a firmware update and also checked the useless Eaton companion app but there's nothing i've seen to diagnose the issue.

Any help/advice will be appreciated.
Thanks

Switches off the pc or switches over to battery backup?

What about something that makes the power to dip. A geyser or swimming pool pump

No definitely not that, those run on a completely separate line, plus this happens at the exact same time every day.

I connected the PC direct to the wall today and it didn't switch off at 12:20pm but the UPS with nothing connected to it did the restart/reboot thing at exactly 12:20pm.
