UPS Charging/ AC Power Relay Issue

Hi guys,
I currently have a JYINS 3000W pure sine wave UPS (purchased second hand about a week ago) which isn't recognizing AC input and isn't switching to mains or charging the battery (200Ah gel battery). Seems to be an issue with the relay since there's no click as with my other UPS when connecting power.

The power light does come on green to indicate power present however the unit continues to run on battery.

Does anyone have any ideas or advice or anyone that would be able to assist in the JHB area that has more knowledge than myself on these machines?

Ended up sending this in and they fixed it. No idea what the issue was but if anyone comes across this thread in ten years and has the same issue I can put you in touch with the person who sorted it out for me. Closing
