I'm not sure if anyone here streams, I'm looking in to it but just for fun and my friends like watching me play certain games, but not always keen to be on discord.

My setup is as follows:

i7 9700K
Nvidia 3080
16GB RAM
200mb down/200mb up Fibre

I thought I should easily be able to stream at 4500 bitrate but it lags horribly. I followed advice from a friend or 2 to setup it up yet I still get very bad lag and drops. I have also checked this youtube video and did it exactly step by step but it stayed the same. ZA Twitch . I thought my line and PC should easily be able to handle this. I checked my bitrate to servers on twitch and I noticed it is dogshite, is there any reason for this or anything I can do. I don't have any issues with multiplayer games either so it baffles me quite a bit. I have added a few attachments.

Network 1
Network 2

Any input would be appreciated.

One thing you can maybe look into is trying to do a speed test to overseas location and see what speed you get.

I tend to get 30up/30down for sa servers but international bring it down to 10/20 so could be that the game works fine on its own but when you also streaming you hitting your max for international traffic.

Just because you on 200up/down don't mean your international is also the same there is normally a clause to say speed is not guaranteed or some like that and they might shape int traffic

What encoder are you using? NVENC would be best, CBR(Constant bitrate) is best, and for Twitch, 900p scaled output can save you some bandwidth if you can only upload lower bitrates. You could even try 720p.

Try disabling cFosSpeed in your network settings (if it's installed). It was limiting my upload speeds by prioritising downloads, and after I switched it off, my upload speeds improved substantially.

Jip as per Soul's post, almost all that is needed is a Relay server.
There are a few and also but some you need to be subscribed to that specific ISP. Afrihost is open

ZA Relay servers

So I tried an overseas speedtest and this is what I got, so I guess this is where my problem lies, going to try other things now. Not sure if there is another speedtest site I should use.

Speedtest
speedtest.net and then search and select the Coreix server.
