i have been banned by moderator andrew smith on unfair terms and request a review.I had recently entered in a discussion with andrew smith and upon explaining why i am not infringing on carbonite guideline rules and requesting for a retractment of his statement he had unfairly banned me once he had realised i was not infringing upon any rules.

I vote for a function where if a user gets banned, their last post that caused said ban gets added to a hall of shame thread so the new people (and old, looking at you Hale) can learn some fucking manners.
