Not sure man but maybe i can help...

Back in the day when i had my 360 i had a turtlebeach set similar to these. Same connections etc.

How it works is when you use AV cables instead of hdmi... You plug the yellow cable (video) into the tv as normal, then plug the white and red (audio) from the headset into the tv. You then plug the audio from the xbox's cables into the headsets cables (as you can see they have both male and female connectors)

You then plug the jack into your controller (it's a 2.5mm if i remember correctly) and boom, sound in the headphones from the av cables in the tv, and voice from the jack in your controller.

If your xbox one has av cables and you're prepared to use them instead of hdmi (lower quality picture i think) then yeah they'll work, otherwise not.
