Its technically a paintball gun. So no Liscence is required.

It's not technically a paintball gun, it is a paintball gun. Fully legal to carry however you wish, no matter how stupid it is, as long as you stick within the law - in other words, in a holder or holster designed for it's use and covered.

Also take note that if someone sees it, or if you point it at anyone or anything, you will be treated as if it was a real, actual firearm. So pointing it to the taxi driving past you on the yellow line will see you behind bars.
