So maybe some more info about this will help because it's not local and people would not have encountered it.

It's WearOS and one of the best available at that. The battery life is pretty great and it looks really sharp compared to some of the computers people wear on their wrists. You just need fairly big wrists and my dainty wrists just don't do it.
