When I bricked my motherboard at 7am today.

Managed to recover it with about 20 attempts using FlashBack.

Pretty straight forward once you know how but it takes a little extra to get it to pick up and write the ROM.

Thats what you get for messing with a Beta Bios. after you told me don't use the beta because the beta on your board (same as mine) is shit right now.

Especially when you start this at 7am... Sleep, you should do it! :D

JK - glad you did come right, at least i know who to message when i break stuff :D

Haha, you know how much I love to mess around with things!

Small wonder I didn’t brick it sooner. Wish the Unify-X I want came with dual BIOS.

I was playing around with different BIOS versions because I couldn't set my FCLK to anything more than 1800.

Even 1833 would cause memtest errors.

Moved to quite an old BIOS version and it does allow me to adjust the FCLK. Bricked my motherboard in the process but it was worth it.
