Things u should know before u buy a SSD

Like @Petester said, NVME performance on gaming is hardly noticeable vs a normal SSD. Loading times are slightly impacted, but from what I can tell it doesn't influence the gaming experience. On a scale of 20 seconds to load a game, the NVME might give you 1 or 2 seconds. Beyond that, same thing.

The cheapest SSD you can find should give you roughly the same performance in games compared to the best NVME. If you do heavy video/photo editing, then an NVME will save you some time.

ive seen double sided tape being used to mount the SSD to the 3.5inch drive Case or even ontop of the PSU shroud

if your board can house a M.2 SSD rather look at this first but NvMe is the game changer n well if not

well
Samsung Evo & Western digital blue ive seen come out on top with the best W/R speeds well over the W,D green, mushkin, kingston, (as seen via youtube videos

How did you find a Fractal Design case? The ones I want are all out of stock or not in this country

Not sure anyone mentioned... if cloning from a mechanical to SSD, make sure the partition is aligned to 4K.
The only free tool that does this (AFAIK) out of the box is MiniTool. Most paid versions do, too.

If not aligned, there is always a degree of performance hit - and totally unnecessary.

first I wanted to know why he feels its not good enough. Then I checked the link and the deal was really good so choose to order it, had to thank him for it :).
But it dint work out, those ssd`s are 850 and not 950 as advertised, it was a typo error by the poster. I will have to look elsewhere again

But I didn't say it was not good enough.

"That's good enough"
