Yes it will, as long as you undo two thumbscrews and remove the HDD cage. I put in the Lian Li 5.25 to 3.5 adapter because I had a long 325mm GPU in there and I had to remove the cage.

The adapter gives you space for 4 or 5 3.5” drives and 3 2.5” drives.
