So for those of you who got in and had time to play what are your thoughts so far?

One thing I really really wish they allowed, was to run the benchmark, I see that it will be a function [its just not accessible in the beta] because it was actually a pretty nice tool in Div 1 to see how it would perform, so I'm a little bit sad [but its expected from a beta].

I haven't had much time to play at all, just basically ran around for a couple of minutes... Very first impressions [Not a final impression as I'll give the game more time to see what its really like], but so far graphic wise not really impressed, actually looks very similar to Div 1 [which is not a good thing]. And doesn't run as I would have expected. But they have done some QOL changes, and what I'm really hoping for is massive improvements to pvp aka dark zone... I dig the idea of actual pvp matches and such and I think they slightly learnt their leason from the overhaul of Div 1.. Just they really have to do better with endgame this time around.

Anyways what is your guys opinions. GL HF out there agents.

I haven't booted it up, don't know if I want to tbh xD, I just have an off feeling about it, watched some streams and it doesn't look bad I just don't know if it is all that good. Some friend enjoyed Div 1, some didn't. Some people are saying they finally gave Div 1 the update it needed xD

I own The Division 1 but did not really play it. I tried this one and am at the Theatre now. I have actually spent more time in this game than in first one. Btw I am not a avid player of This kind of game but some of the guys I have met on the servers are Kak. I think they playing with gamepads.

I was watching on twitch some of the guys play it.

TBH looks okish

The speed of the game looks toned down. It reminds me of ghost recon wild lands and not like div1 which was always high oaced.

I have downloaded the beta to try out. But just from watching other guys play it I don't know if I will be putting in as many hours as I did in div1

But that's why it's beta. I am sure the end product will have changes based on the forums and reddit posts and issues.

Played the first mission last night where you have to rescue someone from a theater, really enjoyed it. Not going to buy it because it's expensive but when it comes out on special I'll definitely get it. Have I think 80 hours in Division 1, really glad the setting is a bit lighter and not so damn dark and siff looking.

I have been searching far and wide, and nowhere can I seem to find the collectors edition (Phoenix) for PC. it doesn't seem to be coming to SA, so I guess I will have to settle for the Ultimate Edition then. Would have liked to get the Phoenix Edition to add to my Sleeper Agent Edition of the first Division game.....

Who has the beta files for me its blady 42 gigs thats most of my cap , benefits of no fucking FIBRE in my street

I jumped in quickly a bit earlier. It's now 10 PM

I am enjoying it. The loot feels rewarding and the random events keep you busy. Not sure how many hours the full game will keep you busy for but I'm enjoying it. Haven't tried PVP yet though.

Div1 with a new skin short and sweet

Yeah for me it runs pretty trash compared to the first 1, not sure if just me thinking so or what. Also seems they have fiddled with the UI a bit and just doesn't feel as nice and smooth as Division 1. It is the same engine with tweaks, etc but just feels like the game has stepped back in the way it plays.

Played the first mission as well...found it fun, ran well for me. Like the feature they have where an online agent in free roam can call for backup to other online players.

There some changes i noticed from the first one...settlement missions help upgrade the settlements and allows you to recruit staff for the base of operations.
