Desired Age: As little contract period remaining

I am in search of the aforementioned deal.
The old deals have a soft cap at 300gb or something like that - that's the one I need. (The one they sell now has 150gb soft cap and that ain't gonna cut it).
So if one of you kind carbonite peeps could lend a hand to a fellow who'll never get fibre in my hood, it would be highly appreciated!
