Telkom line activation?

I've been trying to find info about how much it costs to activate a line. I already have a line in the house when I moved in and when I contacted telkom support all they did is try tell us we should get their data plan instead of choosing vox and didn't give us information on how much it will cost.

(EDIT) I managed to get hold of the right people and now my issue is solved.
