Telkom 3G Wireless Phone that replaces the Normal Copper Phone

Anyone have experience with the Telkom 3G phone ? Seems I will be forced to use it because Telkom is getting rid of the old copper lines. What about my Burglar alarm and Fax machine ? How will that work . Anyone know ?

Hehe. Get a fax 2 email. But the phone itself works fairly well. I guess due to lack of congestion. My dad has one of them and he takes it with him when heading into town.

Okay thanks. So we have the voice part covered. Sometimes I have to Fax documents (outgoing) myself. Also the Alarm has a Modem that dial s out . Cant see how that will work over 3G.

They'll give you an lte router

The router has 2 RJ 11 jacks.

You can connect your analogue phone and alarm to that
