Job Description/Requirements:
In brief, to administer tickets as first line support in a helpdesk/ticket platform/inbox for internal and external parties (ISPs, staff, contractors etc) who utilise our IT systems. At the moment it's solely one platform, though this will probably grow in the near future to all the current business IT platforms.

You don't need any particular qualification or experience, though attitude, thinking skills, attention to detail, communication etiquette and other favourable business acumen traits are required/desirable.

Thank you everyone for your applications. I know it's not easy finding a job and everyone has their own challenges that they're managing especially with this economic situation.

Some people were willing to come from afar and make other compromises which is sad as people are willing to work, though after going through multiple submissions, unfortunately only one person is able fulfil the role as we're only looking for one candidate.
