No doubt that they have amazing prices. And rightly so, they get a shit ton of calls/inquiries/sales. Probably overwhelmingly so. And that causes a bottleneck effect when orders etc have to go out. Sadly here in SA, people have an issue with personal accountability and do not like admitting when they messed up. As soon as a sale is secured. It's on to the next one without much care of ensuring that the previous one goes smoothly for the customer.As much as people bitch they still have good pricing
I am sure that the guys there are not terrible people. But are placed under a lot of pressure to get their required numbers. I have had good and bad experiences with them. More bad than good. But from what I see, it's usually because they bite off more than they can chew.
I believe that they can streamline their call center / sales dept or come up with a better standard of processes without having to hire more staff.
