Strange Low FPS

Hey all

I seem to be experiencing a very odd issue. My FPS is usually steady at 60(Locked) 110+ unlocked on Fortnite on a mix of Epic and high settings. Lately its dropped to around 15-23 FPS on the same settings. I uninstalled the drivers with DDU and reinstalled the last 3 available drivers from AMD. It runs perfectly for about a day and then again low FPS.

Specs are as follows

X79S-UP5 Board
I7 3820 CPU
RX 570 4GB GPU
32GB 1866 DDR3
850W Raidmax PSU

Hpoefully I'm not the only one experiencing this.

Restart Required

So far I can see that This message comes up and on the next restart my games are horribly sluggish on settings that where perfect earlier.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
