Hi I bought it from the steelseries.com website directly (proof of purchase can be provided) and paid duty for upon delivery etc.

This set is brand new, I literally used them only twice to test them out. You will hardly find a headset with higher frequency response as these quality drivers: 10-40000Hz. Bass is clear and non distorting. The treble can challenge dolphins and bats.
These headsets also have the latest DTS Headphone:X v2.0 positional enhancement for games.
I have a Sennheiser Game Zero and Sennheiser PC 360 also and use the 360 though it is very old (2011) because they are open headsets, meaning I can hear my wife talking to me without issue.
