I managed to find stock at Newegg USA - and it has arrived in my myUS suite.

Will confirm final price once in SA and cleared customs - but should be considerably less than the quote I received from SS.

I'm looking at $119 for the White all mesh case with PCIE 3 riser and myUS is quoting $57 for 5 day shipping before customs/VAT.

That's not bad at all, and with myUS you don't pay US sales tax.
