So i have not kept up in regards to PC technology lately, but i do recall sometime ago, when SSDs where originally released people had encountered errors on their drives because of read and write cycles being maxed and causing issues.
Apologies i know this sounds stupid as i cannot recall the exact terminology for what occurred, but what i would like to know is today with more modern SSDs, 2 years back roughly, what is the current read and write life cycle of an SSD.
Like buying second hand 500Gb SSD, that has 3Tb of write, am i buying something thats breaking soon so to speak?
