Support Some sellers not replying to dms or posts

Hi i have an issue, concerning some sellers on carbonite. You post messages via dm and via there posts but some of them don't reply and to me it looks like they are ignoring posts. For me that is just rude especially if someone genuinely wants to purchase something from the seller.

Is there like a rating button or something similar so that i can down rate the seller.

Calm down.

There are many reasons why people dont respond to pms or posts, they are also not obliged to reply to every post or message. It may be nice that they do but they dont HAVE to.
Move on and find something else and there wont be a button to down rate a seller because they didnt respond to you or in a reasonable time.
