Solar CoC wanted on a farm near Prieska/Britstown/Carnarvon

Does anyone know a contact that can inspect and issue a CoC with solar addemdum, for a farmhouse (no Grid connection) situated right in the in between of Prieska / Britstown / Carnarvon (Closest to Vosburg) NothernCape ?

If not grid connected would you really need a CoC? Maybe for insurance purposes, but can't think it is a requirement otherwise, but I could be wrong., of course...

To my knowledge:
You would still need a CoC. That is a safety certificate and legal liability certificate.
You won't need a PR signoff or the like, since relates to the grid connection.
