Alright, at everyone's requests, My brother only has a PC Mate b150 Mobo so only support 2133Mhz, He has the ram so tested it for me. Could not boot with both of them in but each individually worked perfectly fine. It looks like the ram Is identical so it might work on another PC. Here is Images of them.
