Selling a nintendo account?

Howsit guys,
I'm curious if anyone here has previous sold or bought a nintendo account from another person. I understand that it is against Nintendos TOS but I also dont want to sell my switch and just write off the account.

Can't you just leave it active on the console?

Do you have any experience doing this? I wouldn't want the account to be banned after Nintendo flags it for an email change.

Yup. I did it with a Nintendo/eShop account.
Once you change the email address, they’ll fire off some emails, you just need to confirm the change.

That’s about it from what I remember.
