Support Seller ignoring messages

I guess the only course of action if a seller ignores messages for 2 days, even though i replied first and he returns with SOLD and closed up the thread is negative review, right?

Nothing you can do.
A seller can sell to whoever they want to.
They have zero obligation towards you just because you messaged/replied first.

Sellers can sell to who ever they want and 'dibs' or messaging first does not guarantee a item will be sold to you.

NO, ok, i get it...just a bit butthurt I can understand if there is no standing ruling against it. I just thought he could be bro about it...but yeah...moving on.
