Seller failed to deliver purchased item as per our agreement and offers a bucket of attitude and a refund
Fellow Carbonitees ,I'm hitting a snag with the seller above mentioned ,i need your mediation.
@blackcart on the 9th of November 2018 as shown on the attachments provided said he is selling a Samsung U28D590D monitor for R 3500.00 ,which i agreed to pay .On the 11th of December i deposited the full amount into the account the seller provided ,he then confirmed having seen a deposit notification.The seller as shown on the attachment had vowed to drop off the display at a location 6.6km from his home.
On the next morning the 12th of December i call the seller telling him to drop off the display at the designated location ,he doesn't answer ...and sends a text on whatsapp saying he cannot talk at the moment he is driving.He then finally says i should have called him earlier ,he is now in Limpopo for the holidays as shown on the attachments.After waiting for his return he says he cannot drop of the display as his car is now dead ,he will try and drop it off ,Then he changes and says I should/must look for someone to collect the display on my behalf as i cannot do it myself ...i am in Zimbabwe.
I then paid a guy to collect the display ,who was given attitude by the seller so he says ...i cannot dwell on this .he then says says i have to collect my display before the end of February else he will sell it .I then pay another guy to go and collect on the 25th of February 2019 ,he doesn't answer is phone ,then sends a text saying he is in class im disturbing him ,we will talk when he knock off .he then goes silent .Today on the 27th I ask him what the next move is ,and he says the screen is gone he will refund at the end of March ,and is tired of my texts as shown on the attachment.
As is ,i take it to the community to judge this i have with @blackcart ,to him it doesnt feel wrong that the screen is gone when i had paid for it, my people were given serious attitude ,when i asked them to return i they said i should go the myself as long as it is that guy i.e @blackcart .Which leads me to assume that this is a xenophobic case ...judging from his 100% rating to other members .I have dealt with @evgaftw ,@jrobson ,they have dropped of my items at the same location without fail. @adamr has kept my stuff for over a year and treats me like family.
