Description of Bad Deal: So i sent a pm to CT solutions/Wynand on Friday he replied on Saturday and we commenced the deal. Yes i know i should of checked his itrader that was my mistake and deserve to lose my money xD So on Saturday i agreed id take the RB2011 & also said id take the RB951 in this thread of his. I made payment on saturday and he confirmed it cleared. He said he would postnet it after doing a job which would take 2 hours. So 1pm he would go to postnet. I did not receive anymore confirmations or sorry couldnt make it to postnet since saturday. I phoned him yesterday 5pm and he said he was really busy at work and load shedding made things hectic but he would go to postnet yesterday evening. I sent a whats app message around 8pm and hasnt read that & sent on this morning no reply. I phoned him at 8:30 but it keeps ringing.

Sorry to chime in here.

CT solutions posted a number on Oom Jack's profile which Truecaller identifies at Wynand van Rensburg in Jhb East. This is the guy who scammed me for R1k last year.

EDIT: I have a strong suspicion that this is the Phoenixfire aka Wynand who scammed me. @mod, please will you PM me any information you have on him so I can confirm and pass it on to the detectives working on my case.

I see he is online on what's app and he is ignoring my what's app messages.

He replied now saying he is dropping off his guys at an install and will be going to builders and postnet. 10:15am


12 now and no reply after sending a whats app and have confirmed the number is from a carbie that scammed peeps before.

3:15 pm got a message asking what postnet to send it to even though I had already sent those details. He sent a pic of a box I'm guessing the routers are in there. XD

I got a waybill just now. Postnet tracker doesn't pick it up but usually it only reflects the next day or so. So will only know tomorrow or so if valid.

Picked up the routers today. So far they seem to be working. Only issue the one psu is not original but I'm not gonna moan about that as I got the routers so I count that as lucky.
Lastly He said he reset the one router which wasn't actually reset.
So for any carbies that do read this stick to f2f deals with him. Also coms leave a lot to be desired.
