Unfortunately not, I can tell immediately that the courier won't be able to get that out.

I urge you to double-check bud. It's not ITAR restricted so it ships normally with any courier. Unless things have changed in the recent ~6 months, it'll ship without a problem, just like a watch or keyboard. Even firearm parts that aren't regulated (like sights, triggers, magazines, etc.) under $100 ships without hassles. Certain stores like Brownells have stopped exporting to SA themselves, but a PO box service should work no problem. It's not a regulated part so there should be no issues.
