Good day,

I know we all hate this word in the title, I just want to know if anyone has had a dispute with SARS and had it sorted through a company or someone that deals with this in their field, I'm looking to resolve an issue but I haven't had much help this side with assistance regarding the matter.

Your best bet would be a tax attorney or a Tax Disputint Consultant.

Going through the streamline process as an individual takes a while till the dispute is at a closure point.

I'm not sure what the nature of your issue is. My issue was in 2007 after working part time while being a student for ?3? years without filing a single tax year. I approached Accounting Services | Cape Town | South Africa | Dryk Holdings and he sorted /audited my tax issue with SARS

I have not filed a single tax year by myself since, everything is done by his company, I've gone through different types of employment. I don't flinch when I pay his bill every year, nay, "ek pik 'n traan van dankbaarheid en blydskap", that I don't EVER have to press one miserable f@#$ button on that e-filing system!

I'm not saying they will magically solve all your problems, but it would be the place I would approach first. The site is filled with info and how to contact the company.

I can really recommend them.
