How does the trade in work?

How does the trade in work?

Here's the process:

1. You'll purchase and s22 series device
2. You will use the old IMEI no.(old device) and new IMEI(received from new s22) to log the claim here -> Guaranteed value 10k - Buyback
3. You'll also need to input collection address, bank details and ID no. Ensure the first radio button is ticked yes(phone holds charge and can switch on), others may be no(damage etc), but for the 10k to populate at the bottom of the page, this needs to be done.
4. Samsung/Regener8 will email you within 24 hours to confirm collection address, and for you the let them know of preferred collection date.
5. Regener8 will collect device, and receive back at Melrose HQ and acknowledge via email.
6. Regener8 will email and confirm device is all good and has been processed and ask you to confirm your bank details.
7. They pay into your bank account within a week.
