Description of Bad Deal:

I've send user Selfsal a PM and he responded "I have contacted you on whatsapp". He offered to sell 0.012 BTC for R9000 and identified himself as Paulo Fiandeiro. I've requested his account details and transferred the money. He then insisted that we wait until the amount reflects in his bank account (although I've sent him proof of payment). Day after day I've asked him for the status:

Monday: "Ok, will send as soon as I see it in my account"
Tuesday: "just logged in to my account and nothing has come through"
Wednesday: "just called nedbank... they were not very helpful, they said they see nothing on their side"
Thursday: "I will go to nedbank during my lunch break if it doesn't come"
Friday until today: not a single word from him... :-(

PS: I have his cellphone and (alleged) ID number if that would help in any shape or form.

Take all the information to SAPS, the account details are linked to someone as Nedbank stores the users fingerprints and ID upon the opening of the account. The account will get frozen.

If you also wanna verify that the ID details correlate with the account details you should do the following:

1) Go to a Nedbank ATM

2) Deposit R10 into the guys account

3) The ATM will give the full name for the account holder

4) Cancel the transaction to get your R10 back
