I was looking through all this. and using the ratios I find the 3080 and especially the 3070 to be off.
We take the 1500 Euro for the 3090, which translates to 40k here. the 3070 is priced at 479 Euro.
That's a ratio of 32% the price of the 3090.
So 32% of the 40k gives us = R12 800. that a far cry off the inflated prices. unless the deal is really good on the 3090. Same conversion would put the 3080 in the 18k range.
So lets see when pricing is true reflection.
Evetech are not advertising the founders editions? But aftermarket? So obviously at a slight premium. I think price to performance vs 2000 series is not too bad actuallyAm i just being stupid here or Nvidia's prices not specific to their founders cards? As a base price? Obviously the aftermarket branded and overclocked card will come at an premium. Or am i overlooking something?

EVESTEK at there finest. Its like there pricing Department went.... " Mmm let place some random prices with current R vs $ shit and see if anyone notices till launch" The Boss" Holy shit that is a great Idea! 🤑Evetech has updated their listings with a banner that reads "PRICE TO BE CONFIRMED". I think they thumb-sucked their current prices. Proves that the "List Prices" they show are just made up.
I'm not a Evetech fanboy, buuuuut that image applies to the majority of businesses... Welcome to capitalism. Where the choice where you buy is in YOUR hands. What companies ask for their products and services is their own prerogative.Evetech be like
